Is there a wait for pick-up items from the store?
If you have placed an order online with in-store pick up, you will need to wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready. This will depend on the size of your order.
If you place an order while in the store you will be able to take your items with you that day, unless it is a large order. This varies from order to order, and you will need to ask your sales associate if this applies to you.
If you are looking to purchase items for resale purposes, we must have a copy of your state’s resale tax certificate on file. Please email any exemption documents to [email protected]. Once your documents have been approved you will be able to make tax exempt purchases in store and/or over the phone with one of our sales associates.
